hectic personal commitment and job related functions. I can only promise

Our membership drive should start with the creation of a committee that
will evolve in the overall campaign until we meet the target of say
100,000 members. I believe that there is no other better person to be
nominated than our two most dynamic officers, therefore, to start the
ball rolling,

committee and Bal Junio as vice chairman.
