Let us pray to the Almighty God for the enlightenment of our kababayan, of everyone about the truth of this issue. Let us not give judgment for judgment is for the Almighty God. Let us seek the truth first before making any conclusion regarding this signature campaign. But let us also be reminded that any action that we do has a corresponding effect. Let us practice sobriety, calmness and let the power of the Holy Spirit prevail among us so that any action that we do Will lead us to seeking and knowing thy truth because whoever seeks the truth will be set free. May we be properly guided by the good thoughts, deeds and actions that H. E. Ambassador Cabactulan has done to the Filipino community in the past. Let us also be reminded about the facts -first, that Kish Island is under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Ambassador to Islamic Republic of Iran and its host government (Iran), secondly, that the issue on visit visas is under the jurisdiction of the Naturalization and Immigration laws of the UAE. Lastly, as a guest of the host government, we should follow the laws of the land where we are temporarily residing. We should avoid attending to any issues for that matter that may affect our work and status in the UAE. I hope that as brothers and sisters in our community, we stay, stand and be united in seeking the truth that would set our Ambassador free and clear of this issues. I went to Al Hedaya to refund the payment for visa of my friend whose visit visa application got rejected for reason of multiple entry. As soon as I enter their office, a lady gave me that sheet of paper asking me to sign and inviting me to attend a meeting at Trader's Hotel on Sep 23. She told me it's a meeting with Consul regarding the visit visa status of Filipinos in the UAE. I told them how come I was not informed about that when I would always get a mail or a call from the Consulate for every meeting involving FilCom being an officer of one Filipino club. Then she did not approach me anymore. I asked also who's the Consul that will be attending but she can't mention any name.
