Fred, The stories you told regarding Dick is outside FILEX. You should discuss this between the two of you. And if you have that move to replace the Chairman, it should be at the proper forum, and not by e-mail. You can raise it on the next Board Meeting. There should be unity and harmonious working relationship between the Board members for FILEX to achieve its goals and missions. Maybe , Bong is just appreciating what Dick is doing regarding the issues of signature campaign , and i see nothing wrong with what Bong said.

We have bought this rights alone at the cost of Dhs. 500,000 and we paid 1/2 (6 months) in advance of the building rent which is Dhs. 210,000/year.
