For my own idealistic reasons, I prefer to use non-Microsoft products whenever possible, but Eudora isn't supported by my internet provider's tech support, and there was too much about it that was confusing. So I use Outlook Express and when I have a problem, I use the (so far) excellent tech support of my internet provider (Road Runner.) Doug
