I would think that time could be controlled to the extent that the engraving profession is filled only with truly honorable people who wouldn't cheat just to gain a point or two in a competition.
If we are worrying about people not being honest in the plug-ins used or the amount of time spent on a page, then there isn't any point in doing any of this, is there? They could simply get a plate-engraver to do the whole thing, scan it in and submit it as a PDF file! d. collins wrote: > David H.
