Before the Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys were separate keys on the 
keyboard, F4 was PgDn and F5 was PgUp.  I have forgotten what Home and End 
were.

Word processors used to ship with a plastic keyboard slip-over for the 
function key strip with the English names of the keys.
