Hmm, that depends on the keyboard-layout you're using. I use "US International" and therefore have 4 (four) modifier keys: Shift, Control, Alt and AltGr (the Alt key on the right) The main problem is that many programs don't handle the AltGr as an alternate modifier key, except when entering text (AltGr+u gives me an �), so they don't give you the option of creating extra commands (it's usually considered equivalent with Ctrl-Alt).
