Hi!
Here is some more questions.

1:
When going into documents options-Layers and choosing freeze stems and ties
up. Shouldn't all stems go up when stepping in notes for that layer? It
seems that I still have to go into mass edit-utilities and freeze stems up
from there after. Actually the stems are going up in a couple of bars. Not
everyone. Strange?

The Options-Layers include a checkbox to apply the settings ONLY if there are notes in other layers. Be sure to UNcheck that box to have it apply to the whole layer all the time.

2:
I have grouped sixteennotes and some of them should be rests but the rest
notes are invisible. Is there any option somewhere to get them visible?

This is a very confusing statement -- you need to clarify. If I understand you, you have entered 16th notes and tried to turn some into rests but they aren't visible? Or is it that the rest OF the notes aren't visible? Define the steps you took to achieve that incorrect result and perhaps we can spot where you went wrong.

3:
I tried to make a couple of bars alternated notation. What happend was that
the hole piece become alternated style. How could I do to get a couple of
bars in between slashed notated or repeat notated.

You have to select the Staff tool, and then select ONLY those measures you want the staff style applied to. If you have the entire staff selected, it will apply to the whole staff. If you don't have ANYTHING selected you won't be able to select the APPLY STAFF STYLE menu choice.

Another thing that might create a problem is that if you have applied the staff style and then started entering notes, each new measure would be included within the staff style. Best to get the whole thing entered and THEN go back and apply the style. Or at least enter music beyond where the end of the staff style should be so you will go back to entering notes in the normal measures.

4:
When I'm finished with layout and getting all fonts and notes right, can I
save my adjustments like a template? I don't find that kind of savments or
is it in saving libraries?

There are several plug-ins that allow you to copy settings from one document to another, so you can simply open a file you like and copy the settings from that into a blank new document and then save that as a template.
