Seems to me that, as long as it's done for private use, you can do what you please with the material purchased on the CD-ROM. It would be the same as buying a CD of graphics images for private use. I purchased a downloadable photo that I used for Christmas cards and that was exactly the intent of the owners. Now if Hallmark cards started using those images for resale that would be something completely different. Best, Doug
