This can be done with Swap Fonts (under Data Check), say to change Arial 11 to Arial 10 in the Maestro Default File. Unfortunately, this will also swap fonts in text expressions, too, if she has ever used Arial 11 in them. Perhaps a better plan would be to open a new file, swap the fonts, save the chord suffix library, then import the new library into the Maestro Default file, and delete all the old, larger suffixes. <<

Yikes. I think the lesson to be learned here is to choose to have the chords smaller before I begin.

If you only need to change the chord sizes for one piece, and there aren't too many different suffixes, then you can do this:

delete, say, "maj7" from the chord suffix selection box

When you are told that it is in use, and what do you want to do, you say replace it.

When you are given the chord suffix selection box again to choose the new suffix, you create a new "maj7" using your newly set defaults, which should space more or less correctly automatically.

Move on to the next chord suffix, replacing those you have to.
