One book would be an instructional type book having both text and images together (the images being music created in Finale), where as another would be more of a song book, having an introductory text followed by several songs (one Finale file per song) and possibly more text at the end.
If it were me, I'd do it the other way. Create your text in small blocks, which get exported as images, converted to "Tiff" images, and imported into the Finale document. I would then print from Finale, using Acrobat, or some similar method. Me, I would personally use the "similar method", using the Finale print routine to print pairs of Finale pages to file in book order, using a driver which would generate a Postscript Printer file. I would then import the PS printer file into Ghostview, convert to PDF, and save it, or print it from there, as needed.I guess what I'm asking is..."How do you make a PDF book that combines Word and Finale?"
