I haven't come across this bug -- perhaps it's a Mac thing?

Or perhaps the problem is that you're changing patches for the glock and then not changing back?

What I do is define the glock instrument in the Instrument List, where it gets its own channel. The text expression for Glock just changes to that channel, and then the text expresson for snare (or whatever) changes back to channel 10. Works fine for me.
