Thank you for responding, Michael.

My version with FinWin2004 does not use even the page or system margins.
Page margins are always set to 0. System margins are set to what the page
margins were - so the page looks right but is not. It makes a big mess if
pages are then added as necessary in respacing. These seem like they would
be very easy settings to get right.

This did not help much. It does not describe differences between light and
full version. Maybe I should be more specific. For instance:

    EVERY time I import a score that has back-to-back-repeat signs ( :][: )
the second one ( ]: ) always is placed one measure to early.

Key signatures are ALWAYS interpreted as being in the major mode.

A change from 4/4 to 3/4 USUALLY is missed and requires manually changing
those measures.

Pickup measures ALWAYS still have the full duration of the time
signature.

Sixteenth rests OFTEN are interpreted as dotted eighth rests.

Are any of these better in the full version?

After a long period of deserved skepticism about music scanning technology
in genereal I am willing (and beginning) to be convinced that the price for
the full version is reasonable. I would guess that many here would like to
be convinced also.
