Look's like a serious problem:
3/8, bass clef: layer one start's with a 16th F note; layer two start's with a dotted quarter same F note.
Problem one: the unison between the two layers is not colliding; I want it to look like one single notehead: Document Options > Music Spacing > Avoid Collisions of Unisons: none is selected, but the two noteheads don't overlay.
Problem two: Document Options > Layers: Layer 1 is set to freeze stems down and layer two is set to freeze stems up; Apply Adjustments Only if Notes Are in Other Layers is selected for both layer 1 and 2 options, but the two layers still freeze downwards.
