Today I finally succeeded in printing "booklets" on my new Ricoh printer. After trying encapsulated post script until I was blue in the face, failing to import it into PageMaker and WordPerfect, I finally tried something different.

I tried Microsoft Word. (I still hadn't gotten over my dislike for Word's substandard features ... until today.) I exported EPS files from Finale, and Word recognized them--but the print quality was terrible. Then, on a whim, I esported as TIFF graphics! The result is stunning! I first tried the highest resolution (let's see, was it 1200?), and imported them into Word. It worked! ... but Word was sluggish. Then I tried again at a resolution of 600, and everything looked beautiful, and no more sluggishness.

Thanks again for all your suggestions! They helped open my mind to completely different solutions than I would have considered otherwise.
