As far as I'm aware, you're stuck with adjusting individual parts.  The
indentations and such are handled on the basis of the "system number" they
affect, so if they carried over from score to parts there's no absolute
guarantee that the indentation would affect the 24th system (for example) in
both locations.

I assume that it is for this reason that individual staff margin adjustments
do not carry over when parts are extracted.  Also, as you'll notice, the
Page Format for Parts will override any current settings in the score across
the whole document.  Despite the added keystrokes, though, indenting one
system in each part is relatively painless.
