[Finale] Multi-monitor bug?

I'm using Fin2k3 on XP with twin monitors.  I'm using the main Finale 
window on one monitor, and placing all toolbars on the other.  However, 
ever time I shut down and restart Finale, the toolbars have moved to (in 
this case) the left, enough to be partially present on the same monitor 
as the main window.  Very very annoying.

I'm guessing there's no workaround - but does anyone know if this has 
been tackled with 2004, or I should report it as a bug?
