That's a disgusting move on Apple's part IMO (ripping off the Konfab design). It's the thing I hate about Microsoft.
Who says they ripped it off? Maybe they paid the designers to include their app in the new OS.
You didn't by any chance glance through the latest TIDBits did you?
Well, one thing I noticed since I just tried it out on 10.2.8 is that they've emulated Expose. I don't know if they've just done this to spite Apple or if that feature was available before. If it was, then Apple would feel justified using Konfab's design ideas because they nixed Kaleidoscope on OS 9 emulating the Aqua look. So maybe Konfab's not lily white...
But wow, those are some mighty cool looking widgets.
