Well, one thing I noticed since I just tried it out on 10.2.8 is that they've emulated Expose. I don't know if they've just done this to spite Apple or if that feature was available before. If it was, then Apple would feel justified using Konfab's design ideas because they nixed Kaleidoscope on OS 9 emulating the Aqua look. So maybe Konfab's not lily white...
OK, I agree that they ripped off Konfab... but what's this "Expose emulation in 10.2.8" you're talking about? I don't see it anywhere.
