I would construct the score this way:

/Oboe
\Cello
/Soprano solist
|Alto solist
|Tenor solist
\Baritone solist
/Sop1
|Sop2
\Alto
{Piano accompaniement

The slashes before the instrument names are meant to
convey group brackets. In a rehearsal situation, the
pianist will refer to the vocal parts frequently and
so those should be in close proximity to the piano
grand staff. Shrinking the instrumental staffs is
probably a good idea. Also, depending on the writing
of the Sop1 & Sop2 parts, they could be combined on
one staff. With a score this small, I would recommend
not removing empty staves with the optimization tool
unless you plan to have the chorus read from a
separate octavo. My two �s.
