I think it is shared, but not as efficiently as it might be. Seems that someone could easily maintain an index of errata on the Web somewhere. Those who play the show can submit their errata lists and consult the ones already posted. Before long, the knowledge would accumulate and become a great reference. (And not just musical theater, either.)


If there were some sort of Wikipedia-like system set up, it could be mostly automated, without need for some person to constantly be receiving, editing and posting the lists.
