Re: [Finale] Hard copy of Users' Manuall?

I have just installed Win 2005 and the first update.  I seem to recall 
that previous upgrades included an offer for a hard copy of the Users' 
Manual, but none came with my package.  Is the hard copy a thing of the 
past?  My last hard copy was with 3.7 and I reckon that it would be a 
useful exercise to go through the book again, but my prefered reading 
posture and location (horizontal, sofa) doesn't take well to online PDF's.
