I got a Fin2004 manual for 20 or 30 dollars by calling MakeMusic...
I'm sure there's a similar offer for 2005.

It's just a 2-up, double-sided printout of the PDF files, with a comb
bind and plastic covers front and back. I think it was worth the
price, though, since I didn't have to do all of that printing and
binding myself.
