OK, I admit. I envy Windows for this and alt+hotkey :-) I do have FinaleWin2005, y'know, but I am more comfortable how Mac GUI look. Same goes to Adobe products. Yes, under MacOS, the window position is supposed to be written to pref file every time an app closes. Why Finale doesn't do that, is beyond me :-( ... Back in System7 era, I often saw a pref 'remember window position' on many apps. I don't see them anymore.
