Even if you subtract all the voice parts, Porgy & Bess is still great, just for the orchestra. That said, the parts of P&B I like best are the lightly accompanied choruses.

Well, if you must know, I pretty much hate jazz. And yet I love Rhapsody in Blue. Go figure.
That's an easy one -- Rhapsody in Blue isn't jazz.
