This is no longer the case. Once the Pope made accomodations for the 
traditionalists and gave them special dispensation to sing the 
Tridentine Mass (and recommended that every bishop make arrangements 
to accommodate these folks), all of this has come out from under the 
table, and the Liber Usualis is now currently in print, again:

It's $107, but that's less than what good old copies of it were going 
for before the black market ended.

I haven't seen one, though. I can't imagine that they are as nice as 
the ones from the 1910s that we used to use at St. Philomena in 
Cleveland.
