| i have a Samsung SyncMaster 213T, and it rotates very easily on its stand. It now works with my newly installed OS X Tiger. If you're on PC, I know there is a CD with a software for switching the display that only works on Windows. I am overall very happy with this monitor.

Obviously things like angle adjustability and are things I would know to look for, but what other specifications should I be looking at?
Also, I know there is software available to use monitors in portrait format (can't remember the name of it), presumably this would require a special stand/arm, and no monitors would be setup for this out of the box?
Cheers,
C.
