Buy.com has been fine for me. Some sites load background hit counters and
advertising tracking stuff that hold up page loads if you have popups
suppressed (I do). And my (tech) publisher has required online billing,
using IE-only code. Keeping Flash deactivated until I want it is nearly
impossible, but Flash seems to be invasive anyway.
