Tenor sax is the same deal, entered in bass clef or treble clef concert
pitch then transposed by Sibelius, comes out an octave too low.
I suppose I will have to find out how to change the instrument definition
defaults, in order to tell the students.
I can't reproduce the problem, so perhaps it's been fixed. Being a sax
player I don't enter sax music that way, but I just tried doing it that
way, and it transposed correctly. You have to manually change the clefs
though.
