I've got so much stuff to plug I'm running out of sockets so I was
thinking of getting a PCI USB card with as many extra ports as
possible.
Anyone have any suggestion on make or whether this is even a good
idea?
It would be really useful to free up a couple of AC sockets in my
studio,
I'm totally maxxed out with extension and expansion boards - any more
and I'll have to get my own electricity substation!

I personally don't trust the PCI USB cards (or the firewire cards for
that matter) I have heard that there are sleep issues and also issues
where the fan runs continuously because of both the USB and Firewire
cards.
I like this guy...but unfortunately, he's now extinct!~
