Hi Mark,

Try this:  Select the Mass Mover Tool and select the measures you're
editing.  In the Mass Edit menu go to "Change >> note durations".  Use the
second option - "Change selected note duration: from / to".  Uncheck "rebar
music".  Run the utility multiple times for different note values.  You can
change the time sig. before or after running the utility.
