In GPO, this isn't difficult, as long as you have your MIDI channels allocated properly**. You just load two different GPO sounds and have them both "listen" to the same MIDI channel.
(**As has been discussed here extensively, Finale GPO only lets you load 8 instruments for each block of 16 MIDI channels. Under normal circumstances, if you had, e.g., 9 instruments, the first 8 would live somewhere in MIDI 1-16, and the last one would be in MIDI 17-32. If one of your instruments needs to be doubled in GPO, then only the first 7 instruments could live in MIDI 1-16, since the doubled instrument will take up the eighth GPO slot. This is all a bit confusing, though it becomes less so after you've played with it for a while.)
