[Finale] One Paean to 2006b

Though we've read of many problems with 2006b, I have found that  
editing parts (from a 2006  score) is much faster in the b version.   
The fact that the part opens without automatically loading all the  
GPO data is a help. And, for whatever reasons, the page margins are  
easier to deal with going from my legal size score to my 8.5x11 size  
parts. Probably this is all old news, but it made my day.
