Doesn't matter, unfortunately, because UB plug-in can't run in Rosetta if host is running on Rosetta. Naturally, the bite order won't match. The thing sure to be slower is app which utilizes AltiVec. For that, both NI and Finale are most likely unaffected. However, Rosetta does not provide API bridge to CoreAudio.
