Enter the notes as five 64th-notes. Create a tuplet which is five 64ths in the time of 4 32nds. Then use the Mass Mover tool to change note durations by 50%.

Thanks, Owain. This is actually the first thing I tried, but it seems to affect strangely both the tuplet definition (the five 64th notes get changed to five 8th notes in the definition!!!) and hence the spacing.

Hmmm - I've used this trick a few times (I think I originally picked it up here on the list), and haven't had spacing problems. What specifically is the spacing issue?
