I just got a strange communication in response to one of my ongoing
exchanges with Customer Support. After getting the distinct impression
that the guy on the other end of the exchange had no idea what version
of Finale I was using or which OS, I asked outright whether he had
access to the information that I am forced to type in every time I ask
a question.
He said no, they didn't.
Isn't that odd? Why would they make me go through that exhaustive
rigmarole for every new question if the guy on the other end doesn't
even get the information?
I sure hope their web interface gets some attention real soon.
