Would anyone know any online resources showing 2nd movement headers and indentation styles, to give me a bit of a model to use for my project? Eor example, the first page of the score obviously the top margin is a lot lower than the subsequent pages, but for the 2nd movement, I am guessing that while the top margin is a bit lower, it's not going to be as low as the first page's. Thanks to your input in this forum I have gotten everything into a single file and working nicely now.

I don't know of any on-line resources, but Oliver Seely has a web-site with some free scores (done in Finale) on it -- perhaps they'll give you an idea.

I always indent each new movement the same amount as I indent the first movement, and the position on the page I leave my eye to judge. I don't think you'll find any hard and fast rules about such things.

Another very good way to judge what should be done is simply to look at multi-movement scores either at a local music store or your local library, and see what the old-fashioned plate-engravers have done.
