John, You should stick with your tried and trusted 'long winded' method like I have. You would have already saved yourself time.  I was pulled up for suggesting this only a few digests back - but there you go, each to his own method! Finalescript - not that simple is it really guys? Jonathan  Thanks Johannes and Dennis. I've got the page size and orientation OK, but it still prints on one side only. I have tried with the printer layout set to duplex off, and to short-edged binding. Same result both ways. John
