Someone mentioned a while back, that it's better to place a dynamic mark (e.g."f") assigned to a specific note versus in the measure.
But I'm curious what's the advantages or disadvantages of doing it this way?
Is it because no matter what happens to the document when you resize it in layout mode, the dynamic mark is in the same exact spot?
