When no version of Windows is specified either in the question or the answer, neither answer by itself is complete. Someone who didn't have WinXP who tried what was suggested would find that it didn't work. Someone who used my suggestion on WinXP or any other version of NT- based Windows would find that it worked just fine. So, exactly what advice was incorrect? -- David W.
