I'd do it by entering the triple-stop chord as half notes, change the
noteheads with the Note Shape tool in the Special Tools pallette, and
enter a hidden second half note E.

On the other hand, I wouldn't use this notation at all.  I'd enter an
ordinary whole note, and the two lower notes of the triple stop as
quarter notes in a different layer.
