It looks like you first have to apply a staff style to the notes (or the measures), changing the notehead font to Maestro Perc. Then it looks like you need to use the Note Shape Tool (in Special Tools), not Mass Edit, meaning that you have to change noteheads one note at a time. Mass Edit (and the Change Noteheads plugin) will only let you choose from the font specified as your default music font.
