I haven't got the time to try this right now, but I believe this can be
done using the mass edit tool, and copying only the measure attached
text blocks. I am not quite sure what the procedure is in 2k5, since the
copying interface has changed in 2k6 I believe, but it is still
possible, I think.
However, I seriously doubt that using measure attached text blocks for
figured bass is in any way practical. Currently, lyrics is the way to
go. In the future I am still hoping that MM will include a figured bass
mode in the chord tool, but at the moment the chord tool is completely
useless for serious figured bass entry.
I have been through all the possibilities for figured bass in Finale,
and the only practical way imo is to use the lyrics tool with a special
font. See my other post.
