Why exactly were you looking? :) Self-googling?
Not really, though I confess I have done that a time or two; I just
wanted to see how discriminating Google was, and I was in the process of
cleaning out my Finale "inbox", and came across the post containing
this, and thought, "I wonder what would happen if I google this." When
I got the answer to that question, I then also tried the title of their
treatise. Fortunately, if there is a hit on the title of the treatise
A&K authored [Musical Notation for All Times and in All Styles], it
doesn't seem to make a hit on the first few pages, anyway, so it looks
unlikely that someone will email me asking where I saw it, and where
they can get a copy.
