BugMeNot is a database of user-contributed logins to various sites. In other words, these are logins that someone has already set up (like the old standby cypherpunk/cypherpunk). The Firefox extension will query the BugMeNot database to see if a login for the current site exists in the database and will auto-fill the info into the Username and Password fields. So there's no need for a return email, because the login info is already good.
