Read my tutorial, especially the section on creating hidden
expressions that adjust mixer volume on the fly.
If you disable Human Playback entirely, you will never get good
results with GPO unless you are willing to do a staggering amount of
hand-tweaking. It's far better to customize your Human Playback
settings to get the results you want.
