It's in the User Manual folder once you install the Fin2006b update.

GPO support in Human Playback is very limited in Fin2005. I have no idea what you don't like about Finale 2005, but if GPO playback is important to you, you are far, far, far better off in Fin2006.

If you disable Human Playback entirely, you will never get good results with GPO unless you are willing to do a staggering amount of hand-tweaking. It's far better to customize your Human Playback settings to get the results you want.
