if it is new music use an 8va clef for the entire passage if you can, make the clef yourself in clef designer with a clef and an 8; the 8's on the default clef fonts are too small.
it is not always good to use 8vating clefs, but in this case i would find it totaslly justified and unambiguous.
otherwise 8va sempre and above the clef an "(8va)" above the first clef on each page...
are you sure it can't be written at pitch? i have often found people underestimating what musicians can / are accustomed to reading in regards to ledger lines.
