And this is an absolutely *terrible* thing, because it is going to 
impinge on legitimate purposes for sound capture as much as it ends 
what the RIAA and other content owners consider illegitimate. In the 
age of digital media and end-to-end DRM, there won't be any fair use 
at all -- because it will be technologically prevented.
