I removed optimization/optimized staves/put brackets on all single
staves which were already there since it's for single stave
guitar/used Ctrl-Shift to highlight all the staves except for the
one at the bottom of the page/stretched it up to the next staff to
connect the two staves.
nope. it sounds like it ain't over yet...
in scroll view, double click the bracket that you have assigned and
set the to/from staves there. what you did is set the default
vertical offset from the ONE staff you assigned the bracket to. if
you change the distance between the staves, the bracket will not
automatically adjust the way you have it set up (if i uynderstood
correctly); instead the "absolute" vertical positioning relative to
the staff will remain constant.
